BackPocket is for bounded, low-risk everyday problems. These rules cannot be waived, and the onsite Rescuer must verify the real condition before beginning.

SUPPORTED SCOPE

Small, visible, reversible

  • Ordinary furniture assembly and visible hardware
  • Same-floor furniture moves at or below 60 lb solo
  • 12-volt batteries and spare-tire changes in safe parked conditions
  • Curtains, plug-in decorations, and accessible gutters at or below 20 ft
  • Push/basic riding-mower blades, pull strings, oil, wheels, and belts
  • Ordinary cleanout loading, transport, and lawful disposal when authorized
  • Consumer app, device, and data-flow workarounds

This is the work a Rescuer is cleared to do onsite. Onsite visits are not bookable or payable online yet — Remote Rescue Plans are available today, and an onsite request is quoted and then scheduled by hand.

HARD EXCLUSIONS

Licensed, dangerous, or sensitive

  • Gas, concealed or permanent electrical/plumbing, and hazardous materials
  • Ceiling fixtures, fans, toilets, or other licensed-trade work
  • Roof access, work above 20 ft, unsafe ladder/site/weather conditions
  • Active-traffic, towing, tire repair, or vehicle work beyond the approved task
  • Unknown/hazardous cleanout contents, illegal dumping, or hauling without required authority
  • Fuel-system, hot/running mower, or unsupported equipment work
  • Locks, security bypass, surveillance, or weapons
  • Medical, clinical, personal-care, or emergency response

Customer present

The customer remains onsite and authorizes the original scope and any proposed change.

Rescuer verifies

The field human checks stability, access, hazards, and packet accuracy before touching the item.

Stop means stop

A mismatch, hazard, or bad vibe can end the visit at any time. A safety cancellation receives a full refund.

A recommendation is not onsite permission.

Every visit still requires request, equipment, service-area, coverage, and arrival checks before physical work begins.
